根据GenBank上已发表的猪细小病毒(Porcine parvovirus,PPV)的VP2基因序列和猪伪狂犬病病毒(Porcine pseudorabies virus,PRV)的gH基因序列,设计合成了两对特异引物,分别建立了PPV和PRV的单项PCR诊断方法,通过对扩增条件的筛选,最终成功地建立了PPV和PRV的复合PCR诊断方法,即利用一次PCR反应,可同时扩增PPV的751bp和PRV355bp的特异性片段,而扩增猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV-2)及相应的培养细胞(PK-15)核酸结果均为阴性,对PPV和PRV的最低检出量分别为100pg和10pg的DNA。

The study show that graphite electrode could strengthen new conductive film and improve the stabilization of electrical discharge machining insulating ceramics SiO2.
以导电胶涂层作为辅助电极、石墨作为工具电极,用实验的方法考察了电火花加工非导电陶瓷SiO2的可行性;证明在正极性加工条件下,石墨电极能增强导电膜生成,提高加工稳定性;并给出了脉冲宽度、加工电流等电参数对加工速度、电极损耗及表面质量等工艺指标的影响规律,得出了一些有益的结论。

In this paper,using assisting electrode,the experiments are done to analyze the influence of the distance between giving electric power position and machining position to characteristics of the forming electrical conductive layer in EDM of insulating ceramics Si_3N_4.
