【双液泡沫】(biliquidfoams)*泡沫的内相被“油”相所取代的一种胶体分散系统。也可以是水为内相，“油”为外相，但较少见。其两液本一般为不互溶的“油”和水，内相被一极薄的水溶性膜所包封，该皂膜层有内、外两个界面，均吸附有表面活性剂并形成单分子层，在内界面上，亲油基朝向“油”相，而在外界面上，亲水基朝向水相。由于膜的保护，其稳定性高于一般的泡沫与乳状液。其内相的含量可高达95，此时呈凝胶状，很稳定。其粒径大小可在微米级与亚微米之间，
