Ascension pipe
shangshengguan上升管(ascension Pipe)装在焦炉炉顶上升管口，用以导出炭化室内粗煤气的焦炉附属设备。上升管(见图)由筒体、桥管和翻板座(又称水封阀阀体)构成。上升管筒体是铸铁的或用钢板焊制的圆筒，内衬粘土砖;也有的制成带有夹套或呈螺旋管状结构，在夹套或螺旋管内通水或有机载热体，以回收荒煤气显热。桥管上部设有水封盖，以防粗煤气逸出污染大气。桥管的转弯处设有氨水喷嘴，用以喷入热氨水，借助于氨水蒸发冷却粗煤气。桥管上还设有蒸汽喷嘴或高压氨水喷嘴。当往炭化室内装煤时，利用蒸汽或氨水喷射时产生负压引导粗煤气进入集气管，以减少由装煤孔逸散的烟气。翻板座上装设一翻板(又称水封阀)，当炭化室出焦时，翻板关闭，从桥管喷下的氨水水入口、沂…_ _~一__.\、司//L水封盖氨水管」}l}翁*嘛嘴、八明沐扩1清成加 上升管、集气管结构简图沿翻板四周溢流，形成水封，以防止粗煤气从集气管逸出。为改善焦炉炉顶操作条件，还可在上升管筒体外增设隔热罩，以减少上升管的热辐射。 (李哲浩葛茂弟)
