han{iu linjingkuang be一shao yanehen zhi{{含硫金精矿焙烧烟尘治理(dust eontrol forroasting of sulphide bearing gold eoneentrate) 消除或减少含硫金精矿焙烧过程中所产烟尘的污染并使烟尘中的有价组分得到综合利用的过程。在含硫金精矿焙烧过程中，从焙烧炉排出的烟气中含有机械夹带的粉尘和挥发烟尘。粉尘中含有金、银以及铜、铅、锌等重金属杂质，挥发烟尘中含有A孙03和SbZO3。为了提高金、银和其他重金属的回收率，消除环境污染，需对烟气中的烟尘进行捕集和回收处理。 烟尘性质含硫金精矿焙烧过程产生的烟尘量，因采用的焙烧炉型式不同而有很大差异。对于单膛炉、多膛炉和回转窑，产生的烟尘率为6%一15%，烟气含尘浓度5一509/m3;沸腾焙烧炉产生的烟尘率为45%一55%，有时高达80%(与精矿粒度、炉型和操作线速度有关)，烟气含尘浓度220一3309/m3。 治理方法焙烧烟尘治理工艺流程如图所示，焙黯冲升鄂 红请寒铸瑟亡 l } l 习 ，AsZ及出售 含硫金精矿焙烧烟尘治理工艺流程烧炉烟气依次经过沉降室、旋风除尘器和电除尘器净化，或旋风除尘器、湿式除尘器和电除尘器净化。净化后的烟气送至制酸厂生产硫酸或者采用其他工艺生产含硫产品回收。捕集下来的烟尘和焙砂一起送至湿法冶炼车间，氰化浸出提取黄金。当精矿中含砷较高时，从电除尘器排出的烟气，用水或空气骤冷后，进人袋式除尘器(或电除尘器)除尘，捕集下来的As:O:可直接销售。 含硫金精矿焙烧烟尘治理的各项技术参数如附表所列。 焙烧烟尘治理的技术参数抖券一狱犷粉下 (郑培)
