抗氢材料 hydrogen resistant material 能够抗氢损伤或抗氢脆的金属材料。所谓氢损伤是指金属或合金中因存在过量的氢,在张力作用下造成的损伤。其表现形式主要有氢致塑性损失、高温氢腐蚀、氢致不可逆损伤(白点、氢鼓泡、氢诱发裂纹等)、氢致滞后断裂等。氢脆指材料在内部氢或环境氢的作用下,发生脆化的现象。常用的抗氢材料有奥氏体不锈钢、沉淀强化奥氏体合金、低合金钢、铝合金及铜合金等。抗氢材料的主要特点是:面心立方结构合金的抗氢性能优于体心立方结构合金;抗氢合金只在某一温度范围对氢敏感;合金的抗氢性能与其晶粒度和应变率有关,晶粒越细,抗氢性能越好,随着应变率增加,氢脆倾向降低。抗氢材料可在高压氢(715兆帕 )条件下作结构材料使用,也可用于加氢反应罐的衬里材料及制造贮氢压力容器等。 |
