By comparing the results obtained by conventional gel permeation chro-matography GPC(water as eluent, sample solution as injected solution)and Eluent-GPC (PEGsample solution as eluent, the concentrated sample solution ,diluted sample solution, water, and sample solution itself as injected solution respectively), the advantage and potential practical usage of Eluent-GPC were discussed.
对于统合体系样品,如表面活性剂胶束溶液,经典GPC方法不再适用[1]在一种称之为空白凝胶渗透色谱(VacancyGPC)研究工作[2,3]的基础上,新近作者提出了研究统合体系的淋洗剂凝胶渗透色谱(Eluent-GPC,简称E-GPC)方法[4-6],它的特征是用所要研究的表面活性剂胶束溶液替代纯水作为淋洗剂并以不同于该淋洗剂浓度的同种表面活性剂胶束溶液作为进样试液。

Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC)and Multi-angle Laser Light Scattered combined with GPC(GPC/ MALLS)were used to determine the molecular weight and its distribution of chlorinated polypropylene(CPP)with molecular weight of over 100,000.
