性质:将Si3N4置换部分SiO2,或用AlN置换部分Al2O3的混合原料,在氮气气氛下加热熔融,就可得到含5%~9%(原子)的含氮的氧氮化物玻璃,如果在加压气氛下,则可得含18%(原子)的氮的氧氮化物玻璃。由于这种置换,使玻璃的性质发生变化。如玻璃的转变温度因含氮而提高,室温显微硬度也有提高,杨氏模量显著提高,但热膨胀系数不因氮含量的变化而出现明显的改变。
