性质:枣红色粉状,溶于水呈红色,加1N氢氧化钠溶液,色光无色变,再加保险粉并温热,成无色,继加硼酸钠仍为无色。在浓硫酸中呈紫红色,稀释后转玫瑰红色,在浓硝酸中呈橙红色,稀释后转橙色。在水中的溶解度,50℃时为70g/L,20℃时为40g/L。属含二氯均三嗪活性基的单偶氮类活性染料。

制备方法:由H酸与三聚氯氰缩合,再与对甲苯胺邻磺酸重氮盐进行偶合,而后经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)H酸 340三聚氯氰 175对甲苯胺邻磺酸 240亚硝酸钠 50盐酸 225纯碱 260烧碱 35乙酸钠(58%) 460尿素 55活性炭 15精盐 2700

用途:用于棉、麻、粘胶纤维及其纺织物的染色和印花,也可用于蚕丝、锦纶的染色。染料溶解的水温宜在室温,以防止染料水解。染针棉织品宜采且染色、固色一浴法,如采用二浴法,易产生色差。
