Based upon the pre-study of relation between morphology and tempera- ture in Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5-carbon system,synthesizing methods and growing rules of biamond have been studied experimentally by controlling the change of priessure and tenpoerature in" puasi-static" way,in order that the regarded seeds of spontaneous crystals would grow epitaxially into perfect cubic morphology.
在研究NiMn25Co5-C体系中,金刚石结晶形太与温度压力关系的基础上,实验探索了控制温度压力“准静态”变化过程中,六八面体晶核逐渐“外延生长”,最终生长成为质量较好、晶种法完整的立方体金刚石的方法和规律。
