材 料 :
美国牛肋条400公克（2人份）
调味料 :
1.细黑胡椒粉3大匙
2.香蒜粉3大匙
3.红辣椒粉1/2小匙
4.细盐3/4小匙
[制作流程]
1.美国牛肋条切段，约一寸长，将切好之牛肋以串烤方式串起
2.撒上准备好之综合调味粉，不需腌制，完成的肉串马上用碳烤或烤箱（175℃）烘烤，约5-10分钟，熟度可依个人喜好增减加热时间，但建议以全熟烘烤
3.如能串上凤梨、青椒与胡萝卜一起烘烤，色香味美，口味更佳
