A full bridge ZVZCS converter using limited double-polarity control method,a saturable inductor and a capacitor is studied.

Compared with the traditional full-bridge(FB)zero-voltage-switched(ZVS) pulsewidth-modulated(PWM) converter, the FB-ZVS-PWM converter with a saturable inductor has a wider load range with ZVS and smaller circulating energy as well as smaller duty cycle loss.

Through discussion of the soft switching principle of resonant reset soft switching dual switch forward dc-dc topology, an optimized current source reset circuit for resetting the saturable reactor is presented.

In addition, soft switching operation is achieved for all switches of the presented converter by adding a saturable reactor .
