性质:在绝热反应器中进行放热反应时,由于反应热的释出,使床层和反应物的温度上升,从开始反应的温度上升至绝热反应的最高温度称为绝热温升。最大上升温度应有限制,因为由于温度升高会降低平衡转化率,或导致催化剂的失活,或反应速度太快而容易失控。可以采取将催化剂分为多层的办法,使反应物温度上升至某一数值后便进入催化层间进行换热,降低进入下一层的入口温度。
