A technology of iron removal from acid removal from acid leaching liquid of zinc blende has been studied.
研究了闪锌矿常压酸浸制取硫酸锌的除铁工艺 ,实验结果表明 ,闪锌矿酸浸液经过滤 ,调节溶液pH值为 1 5～ 2 0 ,控制温度在 90℃以上 ,加入NH+4以及少量活性炭 ,同时通氧气 ,反应 4h ,通过生成黄钾铁矾可以初步除去溶液中的铁 ;过滤分离黄钾铁矾 ,控制溶液温度为 80～ 85℃ ,pH值为 4,再加双氧水溶液深度氧化除铁 ,氧化 4h ,除铁率大于 99% ,溶液中最终铁离子浓度低于 0 0 1g L。
