The effects of the operation parameters such as pulsed amplitude,pulsed frequency,flow velocity and flow ratio,and the plate spacing on the hydrodynamics characteristics of flooding throughout,flooding-holdup and disperse phase holdup in normal operation were studied through a 100 mm discs and doughnuts pulsed extraction column in 1 mol/L HNO_3 solution-30%TRPO-kerosene solution system.
