An acrylamide(AM)/potassium acrylate(AAK) copolymer with high molecular weight was prepared at room temperature by inverse emulsion polymerization using cyclohexane as solvent,SPAN80/OP10 as compound emulsifier,potassium peroxysulphate (KPS)-tetramethyl ethylene diamine (TMEDA) as redox initiator.

In order to resolve the problem whether more excellent combinational demulsifiers for north shaanxi oil fields of Changqing could be made from the commercial demulsifiers used for the oil fields at present,four excellent demulsifiers for the representative crude oils from Baota district,Ansai and Zichang in the oil fields,YT-100,GT-940,HQ96-1,SP-169,were screened out.
本文选用该地区有代表性的宝塔区、安塞和子长原油,从该地区目前正在使用的数种商品破乳剂中筛选出四种破乳剂,将这四种破乳剂按不同比例进行破乳剂 破乳剂复配,用瓶试法筛选出了性能更好的复配破乳剂。

In order to get excellent combinational demulsifiers for northern Shaanxi crude oil, eight commercial demulsifiers used at present are individually taken to dehydrate the representative crude oil from Baota District, Ansai and Zichang oil fields.

平平加O 化学名称 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚，商品名称乳化剂O、匀染剂O，结构式为R-O-(CH2CH2O)nH(R=C12～18,n=15～16)分子量826。微黄色液体或乳白色膏状固体。溶于水、乙醇、乙二醇等。10％水溶液在25℃时澄清透明。10％氯化钙溶液的浊度为75℃，对酸、碱溶液和硬水都较稳定。具有良的乳化、分散性能。

生产方法 主要采用缩合法。以十二烷基醇或十八烷基醇和环氧乙烷为原料，在氢氧化钠催化剂存在下，进行缩合反应而得。
