性质:用于食盐电解隔膜电解槽盛装阴极组件的盒子。由外壳、阴极网袋和导电铜板组成。外壳由钢板焊制而成,无底无盖的正方形或长方形框架。网袋由直径2.0~2.6mm的镀锌铁丝编织而成,网眼为2mm×2mm~3mm×3mm,每个网袋中间除焊有几根圆钢筋作支承和导电用外,其余是空的,这些空间就是阴极室;阳极就处在两个相邻的阴极网袋之间。外壳上焊有导电铜板。阴极箱上部有氯气出口,下部有电解液出口。为了降低氢过电位降,通常将具有催化性能的物质镀在铁阴极表面上(如镍锌镀层或硫镍镀层)。这种阴极称为活性阴极(active cathode),可以有效地降低槽电压。
