effective circulating blood volume

  指单位时间内通过心血管系统进行循环的血量,但不包括贮存于肝、脾和淋巴结血窦或停滞于毛细血管中的血量。有效循环血量依赖充足的血容量、有效的心排出量和完整的周围血管张力。这三个因素中,任何一个因素的改变超出了人体的代偿限度,即可导致有效循环血量的下降。
