中肠扭转
rotation of midgut
中肠为人体胚胎期原肠的一部分,它分化为胆总管口以下至横结肠右2/3的消化管。胚胎第11周时,不断分化的中肠回缩至腹腔,同时盲肠围绕着肠系膜上动脉,以原来的矢状平面下端逆时针方向,向左、向右、向下旋转270°称为中肠扭转。
