For production of computer hard disk, in order to aggrandize the production of hard disk to a maximum and cut down the cost, it requires to realize the maximum of material removal (MR) and material removal rate (MRR) under condition to keep excellent surface finish quality in chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of hard disk.
