P(St-GMA-DVB) polymer magnetic microspheres were synthesized by suspension polymerization method.
采用悬浮聚合方法合成了聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-二乙烯基苯[P(St-GMA-DVB)]高分子磁性微球,搅拌转速对磁性微球粒径影响大,磁性微球粒径在55~300μm范围内,外形为具有单分散性的球形,表面环氧基团含量达17μmol/g。

介入放射学技术。介入性局部化疗之前,把二者注入靶动脉,可暂时减少动脉血流,再行化疗药物灌注,以减少血液冲刷,保持局部化疗药物浓度的技术。与其他中期和长期栓塞微球不同,DSM和BAM仅造成数十分钟的血流量减少,待其被降解后血流可恢复至以前水平。
