This article mostly discusses combined technology that firstly microwave assiststo extract pigment from tangerine peels, then recoveries and extracts pectin from filterresidue after pigment's extraction, finally further extract hesperidin under use ofultrasonic wave.

永春魁星岩
位于永春县石鼓镇的奎峰山麓，为全国仅为的两处供奉魁星的寺庙之一，2000年，被列为福建省重点文物保护单位。这座寺庙始建于隋开皇九年，南宋乾道四年名僧圆觉重建，几经沧桑，现在尚存有重檐悬山式的大雄宝殿、魁星殿、琢于五代的三尊摩崖造像以及历代文人墨客留下的书法篆刻等等。魅星岩，隐于葱郁林木之中，风光秀丽，景色迷人。居此远眺永春县城，山川缭绕，丛林染碧，如织锦绣。明朝永春文人颜桃陵登眺望远，触景生情，移步赋诗，把沿途景致标为十二景，即万松巢鹤、半岭迎云、茂林幔绿、广庭秋月、梅盘仙榻、烟萝鸟道、吟台悬壁、竹坞佛泉、斗石钟灵、山阴禊迹、曲涧春流、崆峒通玄。
