According to the stability test of double-pole steel-pipe scaffold with bowlbuckle,and on the basis of hinged system theory,this article gives quantitative analysis of scaffold stability,with respect to factors like continuous standards and bowl-shape-fastener stiffness respectively.
根据双排碗扣式钢管脚手架稳定承载力试验,在铰接体系理论基础上,针对连续立杆和碗扣刚度等因素对脚手架承载力的影响分别进行了理论分析,提出了稳定承载力计算长度系数的修正计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。

制作方法：1.灭菌及加糖：将原料乳加热约10分钟，按原料乳重量12%的比例加入白糖，然后冷却至13℃左右。
2.凝乳剂江米酒的制备：取江米5公斤洗净浸泡，用笼屉蒸熟，放凉后加酒药4小块，与江米饭混拌均匀，置于小缸内，用白纸封口放在温暖处待发酵。夏季发酵时间需4～5天，冬季需10天左右。发酵后开缸对入25公斤冷开水，再用白纸封住缸口，继续发酵。发酵时间同第一次。
3.添加凝乳剂：向已冷却的乳内添加占原料乳重量7%，并经过滤的凝乳剂枣“江水酒”，要边加边搅拌。加酒后迅速分别装入小碗内，再分层将小碗摆于大木桶中，木桶中间放一装木炭的火盆，以提高桶内温度。约40分钟后熄火，扣碗酪即制成。待冷却后，低温冷藏。
