性质:反应器的高度与直径之比。当通过动力学计算确定了反应器的体积后,便需要选取反应器的直径和计算出它的高度,并由此得出反应器的高度与直径之比。高径比不是随意决定的,而是根据造价和操作费用的综合经济效益求得的。直径较大的容器,特别是高压设备,壁厚增大,造价较高,但在相同处理量下流速低,输送功率小。改变高径比也会改变床层内的温度分布。故需慎重选用高径比。
