性质:存在于茉莉花精油中,是一种名贵的香料。具愉快的茉莉花香气。沸点116~118℃(0.27kPa)。相对密度1.022~1.028。折射率 1.473~1.477。为无色油状液体。几乎不溶于水。一般以顺、反异构体混合物存在。以3-羰氧环戊基乙酸酯为原料,转成烯胺后用1-溴代戊-2-进行烷基化,再经Lindlar催化剂加氢制取。主要用于高档得未香精。
