省级自然保护区，坐落在雅阳镇承天村会甲溪峡谷中，是浙南著名的温泉治疗、休闲度假、旅游观光的胜地，距离温州市区124公里，距104国道（分水关）24公里。
氡泉水神奇独特，是国内罕见的高热含氡矿泉。常年水温62℃，日出水量500余吨，具医疗、美肤、健身功效。尤对银屑病、风湿性关节炎神经性皮炎、心血管疾症、糖尿病及妇科病有显著疗。
保护区内空气清新、气候宜人、环境优美、幽静。清晨白雾缭绕，中午风和日丽，有茂林修竹的幽深峡谷，有高山流水的飞瀑溪流，山路迂曲鸟语花香，茶园葱郁畲乡情浓。拥有神龟观瀑、宝林寺、五级瀑等山水人文景观。建有度假村、疗养院、宾馆、招待所等旅游接待设施。
