【淋洗剂】(eluent)亦称“洗脱剂”。色谱分离过程中，将置于分离柱一端的样品组分带至另一端的流动气体或液体。由于样品中各组分在分离柱的*固定相上吸附或溶解能力的不同，因而在淋洗剂流过分离柱时，各组分依次被带出分离柱，达到分离的目的。选用的淋洗剂一般要求在分离柱固定相上吸附和溶解能力比样品组分小，且不能对流出组分的检测产生干扰；在制备或纯化分离时，应与流出组分易于分离。
