饱和蒸气 saturated vapour 与同种物质的液相或固相保持动态平衡的蒸气。例如把液体放在封闭容器中 ,液体中随时有分子经液面进入空间,同时有气态分子返回液体。前者是汽化,其速度取决于液体温度;后者是液化,其速度取决于蒸气的密度即压强。当同一时间内从液体逸出与返回液体的分子数相等时,共存的气液两相达到动态平衡,这时的蒸气称为饱和蒸气,其压强称为饱和蒸气压。一定的液体在一定温度下的饱和蒸气压是一定的。饱和蒸气压通常随温度升高而增大。 |
