性质:凡通过时效热处理可提高硬度的合金钢,均称之为时效硬化合金钢,均称之为时效硬化合金钢。典型钢种有马氏体时效钢和沉淀硬化不锈钢。前者的基本成分为含碳≤0.03%和镍18%~25%,并添加有各种能产生时效硬化的合金元素,它主要用于飞机上的某些部件、火箭发动机外壳等,也用于压铸模具等方面。沉淀硬化不锈钢又分为奥氏体-马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢和马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢。奥氏体-马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢可用作飞机机体的薄壁结构、蜂窝结构,还可作燃料储箱、火箭发动机外壳、高压容器等。马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢可耐大气、水以及其他一些介质腐蚀,用于制造液体火箭壳体和核动力装置中的某些零件。
