应天府书院亦称睢阳书院,位于商丘县城南。始建于后晋,北宋时得到光大。

最初为戚同文讲学之地。宋真宗大中祥符二年,曹诚就其地筑学舍150间,聚书1500余卷,广招学生。应天府书院是免费的,应天府书院的原址在现在的商丘故城,完整的书院已不在,只有残存的一些建筑。
