Due to some deficiencies of the polysaccharides degradation by the methods of chemical,thermal or enzymatic treatment,sonication was introduced for the degradation of Porphyra yezoensis polysaccharide(PYPS).
Yoshizawa等[16]于1995年使用琼脂糖酶(β-Agarase)部分水解条斑紫菜多糖(Porphyra yezoensispolysaccharide,PYPS),发现提高了其免疫活性和水溶性。
