Based on the great deformation and difficult supporting characteristics of surrounding rocks in"Three soft"and drived gateway in fully-mechanized caving,a new bolt-mesh-anchor support technology was put forward.
针对三软综放沿空巷道围岩大变形、难支护的特点,提出采用锚网索支护新技术,通过对试验巷道数值模拟以及表面位移、围岩深部位移和围岩应力的现场监测,分析了试验巷道矿压显现活动规律,掌握了试验巷道在锚网索支护下的围岩变形规律,这为锚网索支护在三软煤层巷道的推广应用和支护参数设计提供了科学依据。

| 喷锚支护 combination of anchorage and shotcrete support 把锚固和喷混凝土结合起来,用以加固地下洞室围岩的措施。喷混凝土是利用喷浆设备向地下洞室开挖面喷一定厚度的混凝土层,借以支护围岩。由于混凝土喷层密贴围岩,并具柔软性等特点,所以能承受较大荷载,并能控制围岩变形,充填胶结岩体表层裂隙,保护和发挥岩体的潜力。喷混凝土可以作为洞室围岩的初期支护,也可以作为永久性支护。喷锚支护是使锚杆、混凝土喷层和围岩形成共同作用的体系,防止岩体松动、分离。把一定厚度的围岩转变成自承拱,有效地稳定围岩。当岩体比较破碎时,还可以利用丝网拉挡锚杆之间的小岩块,增强混凝土喷层,辅助喷锚支护。 |
