应用:
应用于浓缩果浆、果酱(如番茄酱、杏酱)等流体食品,物料在套管式热交换器中进行高温杀菌处理。
工作原理:
杀菌机是通过在高压下用循环热水30分钟来实现灭菌的,除菌后,系统逐步被降至生产温度,就可以进入生产阶段。
产品在经过前期处理后,进入杀菌机物料罐,输送泵将产品送入套管热交换单元进行预热。
最后在管式热交换器中进行加热,产品须在保温管中保温一定的要求时间以取得预定的杀菌效果。
产品在波纹管中利用热回收方式冷却至包装温度。
每个生产周期结束后,都要用碱液或酸对系统进行清洗。
设备组成及技术指标:
由物桶、套管式换热器、无级变速输送泵、高压柱塞泵、保持器、密闭水桶、热水发生器、控制柜等组成。
