It is presented that the mixing level of flowing liquid in top vessel with batch distillation under total reflux and top accumulation i s represented by means of the stags of multistage mixing flow in series model, and its basic equations and numeric algorithm of batch distillation of binary ideal mixture under ideal operation condition are given.

Cyclic total reflux operation is one of the new operating modes of batch distillation.
本文建立了双温度控制循环全回流操作的实验装置,研究了该实验装置的流体力学特性,提出了用塔中和塔顶温度交替控制间歇精馏操作的方法,在采出产品阶段,通过塔顶和塔中温度交替控制产品的采出和塔顶的回流,结果表明引入塔中温度控制使产品数量、质量及操作时间优于单独用塔顶温度控制,并且双温度控制操作弹性更高;在过渡馏分采出阶段,采用时间脉冲控制过渡馏分的采出,并研究了在过渡馏分段中不同的采出时间、不同的回流时间对采出过渡馏分量和整个精馏过程所用时间的影响。
