By analyzing factors causing to the hot metal resulfurization in the process of hot-metal desulphuriztion in converter refining the main reasons for resulfurization are determined to be primarily the inconsistency of the sulphur content in the hot metal,variation of alkalinity of final slag,existence of slag remainder in converter and hot-metal residue in the ladle.
通过对脱硫铁水在转炉冶炼过程中回硫的各种因素进行分析,得出影响回硫的主要原因是铁水包硫的不稳定、转炉留渣、终渣碱度以及铁水残渣等,提出了冶炼低硫钢减少回硫的主要措施。
