| 合成革 synthetic leather 模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层，微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似，并具有一定的透气性，比普通人造革更接近天然革。广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。 1964年，美国杜邦公司最先制成商品名为柯芬的合成革。这种合成革用合成纤维无纺布为底基，中间以织物增强，并浸以与天然革胶原纤维组成相似的聚氨酯弹体溶液。此弹体在水中凝固，其溶剂被水置换，因而在弹体中形成微细小孔。这些孔互相连接，由表及里形成坚韧而富有弹性的微孔层，成为合成革的表层，并与底基构成整体。由于无纺布纤维交织形成的毛细管作用，有利于湿气的吸收和迁移，故合成革能部分表现天然革的呼吸特征。1965年日本可乐丽公司研制成2层结构的合成革，取消了中间织物，以改善成品的柔软性。现代，合成革品种繁多，各种合成革除具有合成纤维无纺布底基和聚氨酯微孔面层等共同特点外，其无纺布纤维品种和加工工艺各不相同。如采用丁苯或丁腈胶乳底基浸渍液，以得到无纺布纤维与聚合物间的特殊结合；结构层次不同，有3层、2层和单层结构；采用表面压纹和鞣革工艺，制造绒面合成革等。 |
