淮北市儿童乐园具有丰富的文化内涵和娱乐价值。大门是古典城堡式的两层楼建筑,一层是儿童游乐宫,二层是儿童科技宫。八米宽的中轴路,依山踏步上行,活跃而有气势。沿路中心线自南至北建有浮雕骏马、少先队员组雕、雷锋胸像、学生读书雕塑、腾龙、奔马雕塑,两段玉路浮雕等。路中“希望园”中央是以中国古代辩证法八卦图和大发明浮雕为底座的中国古代伟大科学家张衡的高大雕塑。这些雕塑和中轴路

两侧的雕花栏板皆由北京的能工巧匠用汉白玉精雕而成。中轴路两侧的树林内浙江美院名家设计制作的“岳母刺字”、“凿壁偷光”等十二组花岗岩质典故雕塑构成的一方寓教于乐的雕塑园林。再往北是一个个现代化的大型娱乐玩具,如高空览车、双人飞天等,有很强的刺激性和吸引力。
