sexual incompatibility
性的不相容性(sexual ineompatibility)指两性之间不能协调一致地进行结合。它并非仅仅表现在生理需要上，更重要的是心理上的不相容。其产生的因素较多:(l)传统性观念的影响，把维持“君子人格”或“淑女人格”当作性生活的目标，因此形成了由性生活内容的贫乏发展到情感的贫乏。(2)片面关注配偶的性能力，使性生活时的内在焦虑和罪恶感日益加重，成为沉重的思想负担。(3)过分受现代性文化的影响，在性生活中单纯模仿性技巧，或者性感受的期望过高，产生了一系列的副作用。除了性生活本身以外，价值观、社会文化背景、经济状态、人际关系等等因素，也会引起性的不相容。这种状态的要害是，当事者有意或无意地重视性以外的其他因素，使自己在性生活中成为局外人或旁观者。要防止性的不相容性，只有寻求自然过程的归复，让性生活顺其自然。 (邓明i撰}巫三互}审)
