原料配方 温泉水(碳酸泉)1.8升 奶粉150克 糖蜜200克 乳酸菌种子液300毫升酵母3克 无菌水适量 香料少许
制作方法
1.将奶粉加入温泉水中,溶解后加热到80~90℃,然后冷却至37~38℃,再加入糖蜜,接种乳酸菌种子液和酵母,静置发酵48小时。
2.过滤,滤液为乳酸菌饮料原液。
3.在此原液中加入无菌水和香料,便成为乳酸菌饮料。
产品特点 由于生产过程中加入了碳酸泉水和酵母,酵母将一部分糖转化成酒精和c02,故其柔和、爽口,可代替汽水和啤酒。即使长期贮存效果也不降低,可作为洗肠剂,对排除便秘、解除疲劳等有明显效果。
