性质:  用SBR对PS改性得到的新型高分子材料,有较高的冲击强度和耐寒性能,其他力学性能与PS相当。但耐老化性差,目前主要采用机械共混法制备,一般以微粒状PS与SBR按重量比为80/20在双辊上于150℃左右混炼约20min,若用密炼机则应充氮气保护,以免混炼过程中发生氧化作用。若SBR含量(体积百分比)为10~15时,共混物比纯PS的冲击强度约提高2倍以上。适用于制造仪器仪表外壳、电子电器设备零部件、生活用品等。
