The paper provides a process for the preparation of p-hydroxybenzylamines in which the corresponding p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde reacts with hydrogen in the presence of aqueous ammonia,preferably with the addition of small amounts of lower alhylalcohol and raney nickel catalyst,the reaction does not require high hydrogen pressure.
研究对羟基取代苄基胺的制备 ,用羟基苯甲醛与氨水、氢气发生胺化反应 ,RaneyNi作催化剂制备对羟基苄胺和 4-羟基 - 3-甲氧基苄胺 (香草基胺 ) ,此方法最大的优点是无需高的氢压 ,反应时可以加少量低级脂肪醇作溶剂 ,反应简便、安全 ,产品的元素分析均在误差范围之内。
