| 冷湖镇 位于中国青海省北部，阿尔金山南麓的戈壁滩上。主要有汉、藏等民族。1959年设冷湖市工作委员会(县级行政区)，1960年设冷湖市，1964年撤市改镇。直辖于海西蒙古族藏族自治州。地处柴达木盆地北缘，平均海拔2733米。属高原大陆性气候，年均温2～3℃，降水极少，为中国极干燥地区。自然条件恶劣。石油为主要矿产资源，此外还有盐、白云母等。为青海省新兴的石油工业基地，有电力、机修、汽车修配、制氧、小型盐化工业。扼茶冷公路终点，与敦煌市、茫崖镇、格尔木市有公路联系。 |
