In this study, the alcoholysis reaction of macroporous copolymer Vinyl acetate-Glycidyl methacrylate-Allyl methacrylate with methanol solution leading to a more hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol matrix was investigated, and then the affinity adsorbent was prepared using 6-Aminocaproic acid(ACA) as a spacer and 3-Aminophenylboronic acid（APBA）as a ligand in the existence of EDAC catalyst.
