By the analysis of heat transfer such as medium frequency heating the steel tube in the coating segment of 3-layer PE coated pipe process, we bring forward a way of steel tube transfering heat theory based on the medium frequency infuction theory, heat transfer theory and automatic control theory, then we test it by experimental data,which show its correctness and feasibility.
