结果表明 ,在氯碱比 5 0～ 5 5 g/L∶3 7～ 40g/L ,始温 3 5～40℃ ,终温不超过 60℃ ,始点pH 1 5～ 2 0 ,终点pH 2 5 ,漂水加入速度为 3 0L/min的条件下 ,含杂硫酸钴溶液漂水析钴 ,所获粗氢氧化钴含钴 >43 % ,锌、锰、铜、镍、铁、砷等杂质含量较低 ,母液含钴 <0 0 6g/L ,钴收率 >98%。
