Effects of T6I6 temper on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2195 alloy were investigated.
研究了热处理工艺T6I6对2195Al-Li合金组织和性能的影响,结果表明:2195Al-Li合金的断裂韧性与析出相的密度、尺寸及分布有关,而以T1相的密度、尺寸和分布影响最大;T6I6热处理工艺抑制T1相在亚晶界析出并促进T1和θ′相在晶内细小弥散析出,从而使2195合金在强度没有降低的条件下相对T6工艺提高合金塑性及断裂韧性。
