Using three dimensional elastic contact finite element method, the contact stress between the vertical roller shaft and the hole of vertical roller chock in universal mill is analysed.
采用三维弹性接触有限元法对万能钢梁轧机立轧辊轴与轴承座之间的接触应力进行了分析,得出了接触应力的三维分布、最大值以及接触应力随轴承座孔承载厚度变化的规律,并找到了确定轴承座孔最小可行承载厚度的方法。

In this paper, an analysis to caliber edging was carried out by full 3D rigid plastic FEM.
采用三维刚塑性有限元法对2S-Al板孔型立轧稳态过程进行了分析和比较,所得轧件断面形状、轧制力及轧制力矩与文献[1]的实验结果吻合很好,计算精度有所提高。
6)  edging pass

The piece can t be kept stable when it enter the edging pass from horizontal pass by traditional pass design method of K_3 to select the circular radium R.
按传统立轧K_3孔的设计方法选取椭圆半径R值,平孔轧件进入立轧孔时轧件不易保持稳定,通过分析和实践得出,椭圆半径R的取值范围应为:H_K/2>R>R_(min)。
