补充资料:3010S废泥芯破碎滚筒操作规程
1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、检查三角皮带的松紧度与磨损情况,如过紧或磨损严重,应予调整或更换。
3、工作前,检查滚筒入口滑道是否损坏,有无芯骨卡住滚筒。如有损坏或卡住,应及时处理。
4、工作前,先点动试车,然后空运转2-3分钟,并检查传动系统(电动机、联轴节、减速器、三角皮带)、支承圈和支承轮的运动是否平稳,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
5、工作中注意进料情况,大中件废坭芯必须用锤击碎,将回用芯骨取出,不准随废坭芯进入滚筒。
6、工作中,经常注意支承大圈和支承轮的运转情况,发现大圈摆动和轮面磨平现象,
应及时找维修人员修理。
7、 工作后,清除被滚筒外壳孔卡住的芯骨铁丝。
