| 阿罕白 中国达斡尔族民间舞。流行于内蒙古自治区东部，一种载歌载舞的女子自娱性集体舞。一般先由对舞开始，两人问答对唱，双手不停地左右摇摆，脚下踏出音乐节奏。歌唱结束后，舞蹈节奏加快，人们不断加入并伴以呼叫，情绪越来越热烈。跳至高潮处，两脚互相磕碰，横移跳跃，两臂即兴挥舞。整个舞蹈表现了达斡尔妇女热情奔放的性格和热爱生活、热爱自由的精神。 |
