冰上运动场地。是由两条直道连接两条半圆弯道组成的封闭式跑道。最大周长400m,最小周长3331/3m,两条跑道的内半径25-26m。每条跑道宽4-5m,在一侧直道的末端设置终点,另一侧直道上设置换道区。周长400m、内弯道半径25m、跑道宽5m的速滑跑道,直道长223.96m,内弯道长80.11m,外弯道长95.82m,换道区相差0.16m。周长400m、内弯道半径26m、跑道宽4m的速滑跑道,直道长220.86m,内弯道长83.25m,外弯道长95.82m,换道区相差0.07m。周长3331/3m、内弯道半径25m、跑道宽5m的速滑跑道,直道长157.24m,内弯道长80.11m,外弯道长95.82m,换道区相差0.16m。周长3331/3m、内弯道半径26m、跑道宽4m的速滑跑道,直道长154.16m,内弯道长83.25m,外弯道长95.82m,换道区相差0.lm。跑道的分界线要用整齐的雪线画出,并一直延伸至换道区。雪线要保证不冻结在冰面上。如无雪,可用宽5cm,长10cm,高不超过5cm的橡皮块、木块或其它合适的物块涂上协调颜色,按规定距离摆好,代替雪线。在弯道前、后15m内,橡皮块之间距离为0.5m,弯道中间橡皮块间距为lm,直道上橡皮块间距10m。终点线为红色,预备起跑线为红色虚线,其它各线均为蓝色,线宽5cm。起、终点线均与直道线或有道延长线垂直。预备起跑线距起跑线为lm。终点线后5m处,每隔lm标出一条清晰的色线。
