4、设备开动后，在一个循环未完成时，不许中途调整电器，以免出现误动作，造成人身事故。
5、设备每运转一个循环后，必须用喷咀将芯盒上残存的砂子吹去，然后喷涂分型剂。
6、如果用手操作，不许同时操作两个以上的电器开关。
7、在工间休息时，必须将煤气关小，以免烧坏芯盒。
8、工作后，清理射砂头时，不许按动电器开关，以免夹手，造成人身事故。
